Monica Ghosh’s breadth of practice involves high stakes, complex civil litigation, including intellectual property, contracts, employment, real estate, personal injury, and consumer protection.
Prior to joining Goldfarb & Huck Roth Riojas, Monica worked at regional firms in Seattle where she represented clients in a variety of complex civil cases, primarily focusing on insurance coverage, catastrophic injury, and eminent domain litigation. Before relocating to Seattle, Monica litigated constitutional tort matters at a boutique civil rights firm in Chicago.
Monica is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. While there, Monica served as a research assistant to Professors Eduardo Peñalver and Lee Fennell. The Law School awarded Monica a post-graduate fellowship, where she crafted class action cases to strategically enforce wage and hour laws for underserved communities in the Chicago metropolitan area.
Monica is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Washington, all state courts in Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits.
