Kit W. Roth
Kit W. Roth’s litigation practice is comprehensive, ranging from various types of intellectual property and technology litigation to high-stakes commercial litigation, securities litigation, shareholder and consumer class actions, derivative/fiduciary breach actions, and corporate governance litigation. Kit has also represented public and private companies and directors/officers in SEC and DOJ inquires and proceedings, as well as internal investigations.
Kit has been named a “Best Lawyer” by U.S. News & World Report and has been recognized by Washington Super Lawyers magazine as among “The Top 100” attorneys in Washington. He has also repeatedly been named a “Super Lawyer” and “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers magazine.
Prior to forming Goldfarb & Huck Roth Riojas, PLLC, Kit was a commercial litigator at both DLA Piper LLP (US) and Fenwick & West LLP. Kit graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, he was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Karen Seinfeld of the Washington State Court of Appeals.
Kit is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Washington, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit.
